Good understanding of lending procedures and security guidelines

Banking experience as a Credit Manager / Operation Manager / Branch Manager for at least 3-5 years experience.

Loan operation from Login to Disbursement.
Taking care of branch portfolio. Preparing MIS, sales reports on daily basis and Weekly review report.
Advanced communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt to change.
